Abstract
- We demonstrate a vertical transistor with organic emitter, base and collector.
- We use polybithiophene (collector), PEDOT:PSS (base) and Alq3 (emitter).
- The transistor shows common emitter current gain equal to 7 at 7Â V collector bias.
