Abstract
⺠Various stable oxygen configurations exist inside PCBM crystals. ⺠Absorption of molecular oxygen may create deep and shallow carriers traps. ⺠Water molecules in PCBM voids create a shallow acceptor-like carrier trap. ⺠Atomistic-scale mechanisms of oxygen and water adsorption for solid PCBM revealed.
