Abstract
⺠The first dendrimer-based field-effect transistor for nitroaromatic vapor sensing. ⺠Significant current decrease occurs when exposed to p-nitrotoluene vapor. ⺠Charge carrier trapping is the critical reason for the current drop. ⺠Device performance is restored with release of analyte after heating.
