Abstract
⺠The interfacial adhesion in spin, spray and slot-die coated OPV's is quantified and studied. ⺠The adhesion between the BHJ and the PEDOT:PSS HTL was insensitive to the HTL layer thickness. ⺠The power of the O2 plasma treatment has an enhancing effect on the adhesion. ⺠Thermally evaporated MoO3 HTLs poorly adhere to the P3HT:PCBM layer. ⺠Guidelines to improve the fracture properties of OPV's is provided.
