Abstract
⺠Green electrophosphorescent inverted top-emitting OLEDs with a Ag/HAT-CN anode. ⺠Current efficacy of 124.7 cd/A at luminance of 100 cd/m2 with optical outcoupling. ⺠Low turn-on of 3.0 V and low current efficacy roll-off through 10,000 cd/m2. ⺠Hole-dominated devices with Ag/HAT-CN show higher current than devices with just Ag.
