Abstract
⺠Investigation of effects of ionizing radiation on copper(II) phthalocyanine. ⺠Photoemission spectroscopy techniques have shown shift towards lower BE. ⺠EFM imaging has recorded higher conductivity after ionizing radiation exposure. ⺠OFET has been demonstrated as a sensor with 10 rad minimum dose. ⺠Parallel stacking of OFETs has been demonstrated to improve current sensitivity.
