Abstract
⺠Film preparation of PbBr-based layered perovskite having carbazole-linked molecules was succeeded by a simple spin-coating. ⺠In the layered perovskite film, in-plane conductivity Ï was much enhanced comparing with poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVCBz) film. ⺠The enhancement is assumed to be caused by stacking of carbazole chromophore by inorganic layer as template. ⺠Despite the higher Ï of the perovskite, the activation energy of the perovskite was 2.4 times larger than that of the PVCBz. ⺠This phenomenon is due to deep traps consisting of boundary in polycrystalline film of the perovskite.
