Abstract
- In-plane conduction is studied for the technologically important inkjet printed PEDOT:PSS.
- As DMSO is increased, the charge transport model evolves from Mott 3d-VRH to pseudo 1d-VRH.
- EFM showed PEDOT grain size increasing from 11Â nm to 32Â nm at 0-5% DMSO.
- The hopping length is reduced by 70% for DMSO from 0% to 3%, and thereafter increased adding DMSO to 5%.
- This contrasts with a steady increase of the hopping length for similar spin coated films.
