Abstract
- Organic memory device was prepared from vapor-phase polymerized PEDOT thin films.
- Unreacted oxidant was removed by liquid bridge mediated transfer method.
- The PEDOT memory device exhibited bipolar switching with ON/OFF ratio of 103.
- Cell to cell uniformity of the PEDOT memory device was at least 93%.
- Set and reset voltage varies less than 0.5 and 0.4Â V from their respective values.
