Abstract
- We fabricated AlOx-6.5pZA/SiO-AlOx multilayer film for the stability of OLEDs.
- AlOx and 6.5 pairs of alternating SiO and pZA layers were used as the inorganic and organic layers.
- AlOx-6.5pZA/SiO-AlOx film showed smooth surface, high transparency and low WVTR values.
- The OLED with AlOx-6.5pZA/SiO-AlOx film showed an extended lifetime.
