Abstract
⺠New method to fabricate vertical, interdigital electrodes of different materials (nanoelectrodes). ⺠Substrates are transparent and flexible (PMMA) and electrode distance is approx. 300 nm. ⺠The method tolerates topographical defects and is highly reproducible. ⺠Organic solar cells (P3HT:PCBM) were built with these nanoelectrodes. ⺠From optical simulations it can be concluded that the majority of the electrodes are intact.
