Abstract
⺠Energy barriers between CuPc HOMO/LUMO and graphene Dirac point have been aligned. ⺠F16CuPc coating layer has been used to modify the electronic structure of CuPc/graphene interface. ⺠Electronic structure of organic/graphene interface can be modified by another subsequently deposited organic layer.
