Abstract
⺠We obtained broadband light absorption enhancement (BLAE) by Au nanoparticles (NPs). ⺠Plasma assisted PVD Au NPs reached to the active layer via the hole transport layer. ⺠No enhanced light absorption was obtained when PAPVD Au NPs was directly applied on the active layer. ⺠A 50-90% increase in power conversion efficiency was achieved due to BLAE.
