Abstract
⺠We successfully demonstrated highly uniform C60 thin-film arrays by using inkjet printing and vacuum drying process. ⺠We examined the role of the wetting layers for thin film formation. ⺠We obtained a high quality and uniform C60 thin-film by annealing process. ⺠Inkjet-printed C60 TFTs showed a high performance and reproducibility.
