Abstract
⺠We mass characterised 61 organic transistors. ⺠Parameter for variable range hopping (VRH) model were extracted for circuit simulation. ⺠Monte-Carlo circuits simulations of inverters build out of these transistors were performed. ⺠The VRH-parameters' dependency on the noise margin and inverter delay time were investigated. ⺠We defined VRH-parameter windows such that an inverter works within defined criteria.
