Abstract
⺠We report the ionization potential dependent air exposure effect on the MoO3/organic interface energy level alignment. ⺠Hole injection barrier remains almost unchanged for molecules with small ionization potential upon air exposure. ⺠Air exposure induces large increase in the hole injection barrier for molecules with large ionization potential.
