Abstract
⺠Solution processed polymer photodetectors with an inverted device structure were fabricated. ⺠Inverted polymer photodetectors have spectral response from UV-visible to near infrared. ⺠ZnOx and MoO3 buffer layers were used to break the symmetry of polymer diodes. ⺠We found that both photocurrent and dark current were affected by the processing additive.
