Abstract
⺠The electronic transport properties of N-salicylideneaniline molecular devices are investigated. ⺠A reversible switching behavior is found due to the photoinduced hydrogen transfer. ⺠The substituent of -NO2 can enlarge the current switching ratio two orders of magnitude.
