Abstract
												⺠Well-defined CuInS2 nanocrystals are investigated in hybrid solar cells with P3HT. ⺠The impact of the particle shape and different ligands on solar cells is studied. ⺠Hexanethiol ligands appear suitable for a good morphology and rectification ratio. ⺠The devices appear to be limited by the alignment of energy levels. ⺠The findings constitute important guidelines for future research.
