Abstract
⺠We proposed a low-cost blade-coating method to form large-area non-closed-packed PS spheres. ⺠We successfully demonstrated colloidal lithography based on blade coating of PS spheres. ⺠High performance vertical organic transistors were fabricated with the proposed blade-coating colloidal lithography.
