Abstract
⺠Cell performances of OPV's with IZO/GO, GO/IZO, IZO, and PEDOT:PSS were compared. ⺠All layers are coated from solution process. ⺠We have developed stable OPV with GO/IZO anode buffer. ⺠Power conversion efficiency drops only 2.81% after 5 h continuous illumination.
