Abstract
⺠Simultaneous surface energy control of electrode and dielectric layers. ⺠Compatible with thermally evaporated and solution processed organic semiconductors. ⺠Comparable n-type top- and bottom-contact device performance. ⺠Low-contact resistance for all tested device geometries between 11 and 45 kΩ cm.
