Abstract
⺠A top-emitting organic light-emitting diode with a very high contrast ratio of 1350.6:1 is fabricated. ⺠A Ni/ZnS/MgF2/Ni contrast-enhancing stack and a CuPc/C60 anti-reflection bilayer is used to realize a low reflectance. ⺠The low reflectance is due to both destructive interference and absorption of CuPc and C60.
