Abstract
⺠Organic TFTs with room-temperature sintered printed electrodes are fabricated. ⺠A Work function of silver electrodes can be controlled. ⺠Threshold voltages are shifted by changing the sintering temperature of electrodes. ⺠Inverter circuits are operated with no hysteresis and large gain are obtained.
