Abstract
⺠Very high film conductivities of up to 5.3 S/cm. ⺠Superlinear increase of conductivity with increasing doping for DMBI-POH, linear correlation for AOB. ⺠Strong indication for AOB having a thermally activated mobility and a deeper dopant level than DMBI-POH. ⺠Illumination during deposition and thermal annealing crucial for AOB-doped samples.
