Abstract
⺠We synthesize triarylamine-based polymers with various polarities. ⺠The polymer/TIPS pentacene blends are inkjet-printed to fabricate top-contact OTFTs. ⺠The observed TFT performance values are related to the phase separation behavior. ⺠We apply the Flory-Huggins theory to the polymer-blend organic semiconductor system. ⺠The polarity difference in the polymer structure induces the different segregation strength.
