Abstract
⺠We fabricated and measured current noise of P3HT OFETs. ⺠Scaling behavior of noise was analyzed using PSD and DFA methods. ⺠DFA is a more robust and reliable tool for nonstationary noise analysis. ⺠As Vds increases, noise changes from white, 1/f to Brownian power-law behavior.
