Abstract
⺠Photoluminescence (PL) of P3HT/PCBM based OPVCs increased with increasing reverse bias. ⺠Variation of field-induced PL depended on the thickness of active layer. ⺠Increase of PL intensity by bias was related to exciton dissociation probability and de-trapped charges.
