One step self-aligned multilayer patterning process for the fabrication of organic complementary circuits in combination with inkjet printing

► We demonstrate a self-alignment technique to fabricate organic complementary circuits. ► A combination of 3D imprinting and inkjet printing is used in the technique. ► The circuits are self-aligned in four layers without mask alignment process. ► Electrodes with different work functions were defined for p- and n-channel transistors.
