Abstract
⺠Kinetic Monte Carlo too demanding for organic solar cells with ohmic contacts. ⺠A reduced one-dimensional kinetic model is proposed to overcome this limitation. ⺠Cathode/PCBM/P3HT/PEDOT:PSS/ITO bilayer devices are investigated. ⺠Fit to the experimental data requires Fermi level pinning and large exciton diffusion.
