Abstract
⺠Slice-like oligo (p-phenylenevinylene) organic single crystals were grown by the physical vapor transport method. ⺠The organic single crystal exhibited high ΦPL and balanced (μh = 0.059 cm2/Vs and μe = 0.070 cm2/Vs) carrier mobility. ⺠Intense green electroluminescence (EL) from a diode has been successfully demonstrated at an applied voltage of 14 V.
