Abstract
⺠We demonstrate for the thermal characterization of active layer in OTFTs. ⺠The thermal in the OTFT package converge on active layer. ⺠The surface temperature (active layer) has raised more than 54 °C under the driving power. ⺠The active layer temperature exhibits almost a linear relationship with drain voltage.
