Abstract
⺠In-plane orientation of pentacene grains can be controlled by graphoepitaxy. ⺠Using patterned substrates increased mobility of patterned OTFTs by about 10-20%. ⺠Appling graphoepitaxy on pentacene can reduce average barrier height.
