Abstract
► Co-deposition of the mixed photoactive layer during substrate heating of bulk heterojunction solar cell. ► Co-deposited heated mixed layer shows molecular phase separation and polycrystalline growth. ► Resulting in improved charge transport properties and thus better fill factor and photocurrent density. ► Power conversion efficiency is doubled compared to the unheated solar cell.
