Abstract
⺠pH-neutral PEDOT:PSS prevents etching of ITO substrate. ⺠Neutral PEDOT:PSS and acidic PEDOT:PSS works as double layer HIL in PLED. ⺠UV and oxygen plasma treated neutral PEDOT:PSS layer reduced the hole injection barrier in PLED.
