Abstract
⺠An ambipolar to n-type transformation in pentacene OFETs of Al S-D electrodes. ⺠The hole currents of OFETs were decreased, but the electron currents unchanged after device fabrication. ⺠The transformation is correlated with the interfacial interactions between Al electrodes and pentacene.
