Abstract
⺠The DNA binding modes of a novel trans platinum anticancer drug with two aliphatic amines. ⺠The trans reactant complexes (or isolated reactants) can generate trans/cis-monoadducts. ⺠Reaction barriers of the trans platinum anticancer agent are compared with that of cisplatin.
