Abstract
⺠The anions play an important role in controlling the molecular architecture. ⺠Three complexes constructed by 2-(pyrazin-2-yl)-1H-benzimidazole and cadmium halide. ⺠The halide anions affect the structures and luminescent intensity of the products. ⺠The structures of products are not affected by the ratios of ligand and metal.
