Abstract
⺠Cu(II) bpca-based complexes as building blocks for the engineering of MOFs. ⺠The [Cu(bpca)]+ monomers show a new case of pseudo-polymorphism. ⺠The dinuclear complexes as potential novel spacers for assembling polymers or MOFs. ⺠An unusual neutral chiral 1D polymeric complex with side-arms can be obtained. ⺠Interesting magnetic properties can be observed, as in the new trinuclear complex.
