Abstract
⺠Two supramolecular complexes with 5-amino-2,4,6-triiodoisophthalic acid have been synthesized. ⺠Distinct extended 3D network architectures are constructed with the help of weak interactions. ⺠Halogen bonds play important roles in the supramolecular assembly. ⺠Solid state fluorescent properties have been studied.
