Abstract
⺠The unusual 18e 7-coordinate MoII complex, 1, based on the {Mo(NO)(TpMe2)} unit. ⺠In the solid state 1 exists as a double H-bonded dimer. ⺠In solution at or above RT the dimer resolves itself giving a monomer, which readily isomerises.
