Abstract
⺠Naphthyridine-imidazole hybrid ligands are utilized for the synthesis of multinuclear compounds. ⺠Dinuclear, cyclic tetranuclear and polymeric chain compounds are accessed via the self-assembly of 'Rh(COD)' with composite N-donor ligands. ⺠A subtle alteration in the ligand framework affords self-assembled structures of varied nuclearity and diverse topology.
