Abstract
The preparation and characterization of a series of hybrid bimetallaborane clusters is described. The species are based on a metallapentaborane cluster with a pendent BH2 moiety to which bidentate phosphines are attached. The moiety [RuCl2(p-cym)] is coordinated to the free end of the phosphines.
