Abstract
The synthesis of 1st-3rd generation carbosiloxane dendrimers with end-grafted SiMe3 â nHn (n = 1, 2, 3) units is discussed. They are accessible by the reaction of SiMe4 â mClm (m = 1, 2, 3, 4) or SiClm-terminated carbosiloxane dendrimers of the 1st and 2nd generation (m = 1, 2) with HOCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 â nHn (n = 1, 2, 3).
