Abstract
Oligomers bearing dithienosilole as a pendent were prepared and their applications to EL devices as hole transporting materials were examined. The maximum electroluminance of 2140 cd/m2 was obtained from a device composed of ITO/oligomer/Alq3/Mg-Ag.
