Abstract
- Cyclodextrin-based polymeric nanoparticles (CD-NPs) were developed as a carrier for sustained protein delivery.
- The CD-NPs were mineralized by calcium phosphate as the diffusion barrier.
- The CD-NPs could effectively encapsulate carbonic anhydrase B.
- The mineralized CD-NPs could release carbonic anhydrase B, in a sustained manner for 21 days.
