Abstract
⺠Sulfated polysaccharides (SPS) of Antrodia cinnamomea and Poria cocos were isolated. ⺠The degree of sulfation paralleled their antiangiogenic activity. ⺠SPSs exhibited synergistic activity with doxorubicin (DOX) against cancer cell lines. ⺠SPSs increased sensitivity of DOX offers applications of combinational-therapy drugs.
