Abstract
⺠Mechanical properties of paper made from blended cotton linter had higher properties than paper made from cotton linter. ⺠The strength properties of the prepared paper enhanced after impregnating paper in linseed oil. ⺠The dielectric constant in sample which dipped in oil gave the best results.
