Abstract
⺠LH1 is a new strain of Coriolus versicolor. ⺠We have separated and purified three polysaccharides from C. versicolor LH1. ⺠These polysaccharides could be explored as a novel potential antidiabetic. ⺠These polysaccharides included carbohydrates, triterpenoids and/or proteins. ⺠The ratio of polysaccharides-triterpenoids is related to α-glucosidase inhibition.
