Abstract
⺠Flours are converted to thermoplastic flour (TPF) by heat-moisture treatment (HMT). ⺠HMT induces changes in normal and waxy rice flours differently. ⺠Levels of HMT applied on waxy rice flour are critical for TPF material production. ⺠A formula for TPF material production and processing conditions are proposed.
